Revised Rules within 69L-31, F.A.C.

The final adopted versions of the revised Rules within 69L-31, F.A.C., Utilization and Reimbursement Dispute Rules, have been published in the Florida Administrative Register. These Rules will become effective on August 2, 2021, and they may be viewed here.

*PLEASE NOTE* The updated forms will be required for Petitions filed on or after August 2, 2021. Both forms may be viewed on the Florida Administrative Register site:

69L-31.003, F.A.C. DFS Form 3160-0023 (Petition for Resolution of Reimbursement Dispute)

69L-31.004, F.A.C. DFS Form 3160-0024 (Carrier Response to Petition for Resolution of Reimbursement Dispute)

Both forms, DFS Form 3160-0023 (Petition for Resolution of Reimbursement Dispute) and DFS Form 3160-0024 (Carrier Response to Petition for Resolution of Reimbursement Dispute) will be available at the Division’s Forms Page, under the 69L-31 dropdown, on August 2nd, 2021.

Tropical Storm Elsa Closures

The OJCC closure policy is on our website. The Florida Supreme Court has announced that the Circuit and County Courts will be closed as follows for Tropical Storm Elsa.

All OJCC Offices are open as of July 8, 2021. 

July 6, 2021 UPDATED

In accordance with the OJCC Policy, the following OJCC Offices are closed July 7, 2021:

Gainesville (Alachua)
St. Petersburg (Pinellas)

July 5, 2021 

In accordance with the OJCC Policy, the following OJCC Offices are closed July 6, 2021:

Ft. Myers District (Lee County)
Sarasota District (Sarasota and Manatee County)
St. Petersburg (Pinellas) closing at 2:00 EDT. (Updated 11:00 EDT).
Tampa (Hillsborough) closing at 2:00 EDT. (Updated 12:25 EDT).

Stay tuned for further updates. The remainder of the OJCC is open as normal, and electronic filing is accepted for any and all cases as normal and without interruption.
